Day 2 - Barcelona - Peramola
The first day of the trip begins with a warm-up lap through the Montserrat Massif Nature Park, favourite among local riders for its wonderful routes and scenery. With its famous monastery, Montserrat is one of the most important pilgrimage destinations in Spain. We then ride through the Cadí-Moixeró National Park to one of the most exciting sections of our tour: The road around the south wall of the Pedraforca mountain is an absolute highlight for motorcyclists. At the end of the day, we circle around the Rialb Reservoir before we spend the night in Peramola.

Day 3 - Peramola - Boltaña
Today the tour leads us over spectacular roads and through breathtaking landscapes along the legendary national road N-260, probably the most famous of the motorcycle roads in the Spanish Pyrenees. We cross winding mountain passes and ride through enchanting forests from Catalonia to Aragon. Here we spend the night in the shelter of the age old walls of the Boltaña monastery.

Day 4 - Boltaña - Pamplona
Today we admire the beauty of the Monte Perdido Natural Park and its spectacular roads along the Añisclo Gorge. Then the trip continues towards Loarre Castle, Europe's best preserved romanesque castle from the 12th century, reminder of the Crusades that were waged against the Moors from here. In the evening we reach Pamplona, where the annual bull run is present almost everywhere.

Day 5 - Pamplona - Bilbao
We cross the impressive Basque Country and reach the Atlantic and the westernmost point of our tour near Bilbao, where we marvel at the magnificent architecture of the Guggenheim Museum in the afternoon.

Day 6 - Bilbao - San Sebastian
Today we enjoy the picturesque coastal roads of the Atlantic, guiding us through small fishing villages to our destination in San Sebastian. You walk along the gorgeous Concha Bay, feast on Basque pintxos in the charming old town and see for yourself why Spanish aristocrats spend their summers here.

Day 7 - San Sebastian - French Pyrenees
Back on the road we cross the border between Spain and France several times today, riding through nature reserves and along crustal blue lakes we reach the heart of the Pyrenees. We briefly visit Roncesvalles, one of the oldest trailheads of the St. James' Way, from where thousands of pilgrims start their walking journey to Santiago. From there we head for our French hotel on the exciting road of the Col du Pierre St. Martin.

Day 8 - French Pyrenees - Aran Valley
The beauty of the mountain panorama that awaits us at sunrise today is unmatched! We conquer eight mountain passes, including the legendary Col du Tourmalet (2115 m) and Col'd Aubisque (1709 m), on this King's day of the Culture and Curve Tour. A unique day full of driving pleasure ends on Spanish ground in the Aran Valley.

Day 9 - Aran Valley - Carcassonne
Passing the Foix fortress and riding through the French Prepyrenees, we arrive at one of the most impressive castle complexes of the region, Carcassonne. Carcassonne is perched on a rocky hill surrounded by thick walls and spiky turrets. For many, the city is the perfect idea of a medieval castle and it is undoubtedly an impressive spectacle.

Day 10 - Carcassonne - Costa Brava
On the way south we explore the land of the Cathars, an ancient people from the eleventh century whose origins are unknown. The route along fortresses and villages brings us back to Spain where we relax Mediterranean style in a beautiful bay on the Costa Brava.
