From our two headquarters in Málaga and Barcelona, we have been organising unique motorbike tours since 2003, taking care of every detail. Open positions

Role description:

  • Customer support via email and phone.
  • Managing and processing bookings, payments, travel documents & check-lists.
  • Supporting the guides preparing for the tours.
  • Assisting with motorcycle handovers and returns.
  • Managing booking with our vendors & partners.
  • Other daily operations & team support.

We believe that people should develop their skills and areas of interest and do what they love! Any additional talents & interest such as editing, photoshop, sales, design, copywriting, project management, organization, IT, bookkeeping and more is highly appreciated, welcomed and could be integrated into your job position.

WE WE ARE LOOKING FOR

  • A true team player who supports the common goals but is unafraid to show initiative—our work environment is open, friendly & non-hierarchical.
  • A person with structured, organized & self-driven work approach.
  • Excellent command of at least two of our company languages: GERMAN, ENGLISH, or SPANISH (knowledge of any additional languages is a plus!)
  • A global mindset, as we are an international team and we welcome customers from all over the world!
  • A customer- and quality-oriented work approach: we like it perfect & we love giving our customers best service possible.
  • Adaptivity, curiosity & ability to multitask (often things go fast around here, you have to be prepared to juggle & to enjoy it!)
  • Respecting companies values & guidelines while thinking creatively & initiating process improvements. (We don’t believe in complaints, we believe in solutions!)
  • Good computer skills (we work with Mac and our custom made booking software)
  • Flexibility to occasionally work on weekends (not often, but we are in travel industry after all)
  • Drivers License (B)
  • You are already based in or near Malaga & can start preferable within 1 month.
