Hispania Tours Corona Policy

01.09.2022

We have adjusted our conditions in a way that you can book your tour or rental motorcycle with full confidence, even in COVID times.

If your tour cannot take place due to the COVID-19 pandemic because of "unavoidable and extraordinary circumstances", you may rebook free of charge or get your money back. This also applies if the travel circumstances change due to Corona compared to the time of booking. Before the start of the trip, you can cancel or rebook free of charge if, among other things:

  • the entry into the country is not possible at the time of travel
  • a quarantine obligation is introduced because you have entered into the destination country
  • the travel situation in the destination country deteriorates seriously, e.g. museums and restaurants have to close down due to the pandemic
  • motorcycle travel is no longer possible due to changes in domestic travel conditions
  • regular on-site testing becomes necessary even for vaccinated persons, which significantly complicates the travel process.

In general, we always recommend that you purchase a travel health insurance and a travel cancellation insurance in addition to your booking. These cover your costs if you were to fall ill before the start of the tour and therefore could not keep your booking.

Please note that a refund of booked services will NOT apply if you develop symptoms of Covid-19 while on one of our tours or using a rental motorcycle from us

The use of certain measures (e.g. social distancing and the use of face masks) are handled differently from region to region and must be strictly respected.

Check with your home country's policies on post-trip testing and quarantine, as well as the latest travel advisories. For further questions and information do not hesitate to contact us, we will be happy to provide you with information on the destinations you have chosen.
