Hello,
I had a nice week riding alone in the Andalucias Sierras. Gretchen, the Beemer of 650ccm, was in good shape, and so was I.
Glad I did have the Zumo to direct me to gasstation and hotels, and to help me out travelling through some cities.
The mc roads in Andalucia is fabulous.
You ride up to the snow on some roads with hundreds of nice curves. Take care for some stones/sand in some curves , and straydogs !!
Did this trip ultimo of February, a bit too early temperaturewise. Not many mc people on the road, and best of all, not so many tourists.
Next time it will be the Africa trip, and then I recon I'll settle for a guided trip.

Liebes Hispania Tours Team - Eva, Marty, Volker und Johannes!

Eure DVD mit den Marokko-Fotos ist angekommen und sofort waren wieder alle Eindrücke unserer tollen Tour da! Es war wirklich schön und wir denken viel daran zurück.

Herzlichen Dank an Euch alle für unvergessliche Ferien: Volker für die schönsten Zimmer und dem "Schinderhannes" für tolle Strecken und Ausblicke!

Hello to Johannes, Martin, Volker and Eva

Well it is now six weeks since our time in Morocco came to an end and yet the memories and the fun we had are still so vivid. Thank you to one and all for a wonderful adventure. Anyone considering this trip should stop thinking and just book! You will have the best time. Our only regret is that we live so far away and can't do another tour next year!

One of Rick's Christmas presents this year was a T shirt I had made with the words "I survived the Atlas Mountains and the road to Chefchaouen". (For those in our group, you will know the significance of the latter!)

Wishing everyone much happiness for 2009.

Johannes and Eva provided a special tour for a special occasion, our 30th wedding anniversary. My wife and I each rode F650-GS bikes through Andalusia and Extramadura for a truely memorable experience. Johannes expertly blended the sites, food, hospitality, and culture over 6 days delivering a unique Spanish experience. The roads were in excellent repair with little traffic offering hours of relaxed riding. These winding roads with scenic vistas must have been designed by motorcycle enthusiasts!! We are recommending Hispania-Tours to our friends who want to experience what Spain has to offer while enjoying a two-wheeled adventure.

Johannes and Eva,

I really wanted the dust from my Extremadura expedition to settle a bit before I would report back on it.

Need I say the experience was nothing short of "estupenda" in every conveivable respect. This one marked my third outing with the "Agency" - after the Andalusia Special" and the Morrocco tours - in a three-year span, more or less, and be it the company, the scenery, the history, the challenges, the great food and the top notch accommodations - I don't know how I could rate any one of them anything less than a "10".

Johannes, you're getting better all the time - and I speak from experience ; Eva, I don't know how YOU could get any better... or any sweeter. As for Rochelle, Brook and Shayne, it was a true privilege to have spent those eight days in your excellent company. May the Good Friar watch over you all.

Hallo Eva, Hallo Johannes,
vielen Dank für die wieder tolle Tour mit den schönsten und wirklich verkehrsarmen Straßen durch Andalusien. Es war ein einziger Kurvenwalzer.
Die beste Empfehlung für Euere Touren ist doch, daß ich nun nach der "Extremadura" und der "Marokko-Tour" mit der "Andalusien-Especial" ein begeisterter Wiederholungstäter bin. Ich freuen mich schon auf den nächsten Ausritt mit Euch. Vielen Dank auch für die Erinnerungs-CD mit den vielen Fotos.

Hello, Johannes and Eva.
The "package" and I arrived safely back in Canada with the sad realization we only had 212 days Vacation left in 2008. Oh well, "it is what it is".
Not a day has passed that Sandy and I have not thought about and talked about our tour and what a great time we had. We will definitely be back for another tour but are still debating Portugal or Morocco.

Johannes, we enjoyed your company, sense of humour and easy going but attentive manner and for always looking out for us. I especially wanted to thank you for the riding tips and lessons and for taking the "package" when she got nervous riding the curves with me. I did not expect the number of curves and hills we would encounter but once I got accustomed to the motorcycle and riding style, it was exciting and memorable. In comparison, riding my cruiser at home feels a little like riding a couch.
So thanks for a great experience and we look forward to seeing you and Eva again.
