La Herradura is one of the only coastal villages in Andalusia where you don`t find any mass tourism. Some time ago it was a fishing hamlet but today it has grown and has become a residential area and a very attractive destination for Spanish tourism mainly. Staying at la Herradura you can still experience a true and authentic Andalusian village.

The long beach offers numerous possibilities of practising sports such as diving, sailing, paragliding, tennis and a lot more. La Herradura has a wide variety of Chiringuitos ( typical beach restaurants) where you can taste the gastronomic specialities of this region.
